Guess what?? Pineapples DO go on pizza!! I absolutely love Hawaiian pizza and needed a way to eat it while also being within my Weight Watchers Freestyle points. These Weight Watchers Hawaiian English Muffin Pizzas are only 3 smartpoints and pretty filling. They are perfect for a quick lunch OR pair it with a salad and some fruit for dinner.
I used my Air Fryer for this recipe but you could totally use your oven or a toaster oven. Really whatever you have on hand, I just don’t like to heat up my whole oven for 2 little pizzas. Also, you can add whatever toppings you like if you aren’t a Hawaiian pizza fan. The nice thing about Weight Watchers is you are not limited to what you can eat.
Weight Watchers Hawaiian English Muffin Pizzas
Healthy Life English Muffin, split
2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
1 slice Canadian Bacon, diced
2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese made with skim milk
Toast your English muffin in the toaster until browned to your liking
Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each slice of English muffin
Sprinkle diced Canadian bacon over each slice
Add the pineapple chunks
Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
If using an Air Fryer, place each pizza half in your air fryer and set to 200 degrees for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted
If using your oven, you can broil on high for a minute or until cheese is melted
