Weight Watchers Italian Chicken and Veggie Foil Packets
A very easy, low point Weight Watchers dinner that gives you great flavor!
small boneless skinless chicken breast
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss all ingredients into a gallon size ziplock bag and shake until combined.
Spray a disposable loaf pan with oil and place chicken breast inside.
Top chicken breast with vegetables until covered.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 45-50 minutes(20-25 mins if chicken breast is cubed) or until the inside reaches 165 degrees.
Remove from oven and let sit a for 5 minutes to rest.
Serve immediately or place into meal prep containers.
