As a kid, my favorite thing in the world was when the ice cream man came through our neighborhood. Nothing like hearing the music coming down the block and scrambling to find as much change as you could in the couch cushions. The biggest smile on my face when the ice cream man handed me that $.75 (showing my age a bit) Creamsicle bar. Now as an adult, I still love a good Creamsicle bar but I also found a way to recreate the flavor in a dip!
Creamsicle Fluff Dip
8oz package softened cream cheese
1 jar of marshmallow cream
1 1/2 tablespoons orange jello powder
Dash of vanilla extract
1. Whip softened cream cheese until light and fluffy.
2. Blend marshmallow cream, orange jello powder, and vanilla extract with the cream cheese until well mixed.
3. Serve immediately or chill prior to serving.
4. Serve with the cookies of your choice.
5. NOM NOM NOM!
The Creamsicle Fluff Dip is a great recipe to take to any family gathering or any party you are hosting. It is so good, you will want to eat it with a spoon. If you have a large party, it is easily doubled and is less than $5 to make. If Creamsicle isn’t really your favorite flavor, be sure to check out the Mint Chocolate Chip Fluff Dip or Red Velvet Fluff Dip.
